Events shouldn't take six tools to manage
Schools run dozens of events every week across gyms, fields, and auditoriums — but schedules live in one tool, ticketing in another, rentals in a spreadsheet, and approvals in email. When something conflicts, everyone finds out too late.
"We eliminated 120 hours of manual work and replaced 6 disconnected systems."
— Foundation Academy

A facility-first platform
Most tools start with events and bolt on scheduling later. Admittee starts with the space. Every event, rental, approval, payment, and report connects back to the facility — so when a gym is booked, everyone sees it. One system. One calendar. No gaps.
Designed for the people doing the work
Admittee is built for facility managers, athletic directors, and the staff responsible for making things run — not IT teams or consultants.
That means shared calendars that reflect real-world conditions, simple approvals that match how your organization actually operates, event-day tools that work on any phone, and reporting you can read and act on. If a feature doesn't make the day-to-day easier, it doesn't belong.

We've been on the other side of the table
Before we built Admittee, we were the parents volunteering at school events — working concession stands, collecting tickets, coaching youth teams. We still are. We see what event day looks like, and we work alongside the school leaders who hold it all together.
With backgrounds in technology and design from Google, Stripe, and McKinsey, we knew the problem could be solved. We're building what we wish existed at our own kids' schools — for every school and the communities they support.
Simple to start. Built to grow.
Admittee is intentionally easy to set up — most teams are up and running in a day. But it's built to handle complexity: multiple facilities, overlapping schedules, different event types, layered permissions, and detailed reporting across every space. As your organization grows, Admittee stays your single source of truth — from the first booking to end-of-year reporting.
